Island, Bro, I don't know. Being a mod is a lot of stress. Just make sure you can handle it, and you wont crack under pressure. The key to being mod is, do your job. Ignore people that ask for credits, mod, and tell you your a bad mod. Also, you gotta know when to kick/ban/ipban.

Yes, then i am definitely up for the challenge, when people ask for unbans etc.. Each minute i log on. All i say is /ignore (username). Saves time.

You can't just mail damen though. You have to EARN IT. If he made everyone who mails him a moderator, then there will be tons of them. Also you should mail the moderators for this. I think that's what they prefer. I did someething like this before, and they told me to mail them instead.
