Hello, penguins! The OldCp Police caught the "Thief" with the help of shadowguy. Here is an interview from jail.
Interview
News Reporter:"Why were you stealing things?"
Thief:"I am a thief. that is why."
News Reporter:"Why did you start?"
Thief:"I was poor, i needed things."
News Reporter:"Well, get a job if you need things."
Thief:"Jobs are too hard to get around here."
News Reporter:"It wasn't hard! I walked up to them and asked can i have a job and they said ok!"
Thief:"Not that easy for me.."
Thief:"Well you know what? I like other peoples goods. and i take them."
The rest of the interview was followed by the thief being tased and taken to jail. Good job to the OldCP Police!
In Other News:
Freezer is now a moderator! He obtained the position after Mateo (Cyberwolf) made an announcement that there would be a new moderator. He gave Freezer the position. Great job, Freezer! You earned it.
Also:
People have been going around asking for credits. Credits0 is the main one. If anybody asks for credits, please alert them that you must earn them.

Cool you catched the theif! and someone hacked backon island and oldcphelper im not sure who did though

Thanks guys it was hard and it involved alot of tazing! 
he didn't give up and we had to deal with other ppl like TheThief and Thief and some girl! idk how it happened but I also wanna thank Elisa for helping me catch the thief with OldCpPolice anyways thanks guys! I wont be there for the PSA meeting cuz I have a baseball game!
