Have you ever wondered...

Have you ever wondered what the longest word in the English Language is? There are a couple of ways you can look at it.

1. Here is the word that most people consider the longest word- in English- because it is the longest word in the major dictionary:

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

This is a lung disease caused by inhaling ash and sand dust.

It has 45 letters

2. Here is an even longer word that most people have never heard of:

This is the chemical name for a whole of a human chromosome.

It has 1,909 letters.

3. Here is a word that is debated about being a word.

(No image, no word, TOO LONG! https://sites.google.com/site/wordsofawesomeness/words/the-longest-word-in-the-english-language (Not my link, credits to author)

This is the chemical name for Titin.

It has 189,819 letters.

Hope you enjoyed! :D

Pick the one you would consider the Longest Official English Word, below.

If there is something you would like to learn about, I love to do research, and know a lot of fun facts. So you can message me a question and I will put it into one of these discussions. If it's appropriate.
