On the 5th of April 2015, Snaildom closed it's doors forever.
But, during those final hours, some users decided to make those hours last.
Damen's Mood
Today was a typical day on forums. Everyone went on stuff, and everyone was fine.
Until suddenly, a mood popped up, that no one wanted to see.
That mood was about the shutdown of Snaildom at 5pm EST
Majority of the users were sad, while some just sat there and continued to do whatever.
They all wanted to try and save Snaildom, but knew that they couldn't do anything.
So, they decided to spend the last few hours on Snaildom.
The Snaildom Videos.
A group of users met at a shell and decided to do a tribute video to Snaildom. Others just recorded the last memories of their time in game. Room by room, the group went and visited all the rooms. Some were telling the memories of that room, and even played the last game of DamenBall ever. Everyone was sad to see it go.
The Memory Speeches.
After the video taking, we decided to go to the throne room to say our last words.
A lot of people wanted too. Lets name a few.

Everyone had a bunch to say. We were all sad that Snaildom was going to close soon,
The Massive Photo Selfies
Wanting to preserve the memories, everyone took lots of photos to remember these last hours. Sadly, I don't have any due to being on an ipad, but some others do. Lots of photos were taken those hours. Many memories wanted to be kept. Even huge selfies were taken.
The Final Moments Of Snaildom
Everyone went to the Inn to go and wait for the final minutes of Snaildom. There were a lot of users, but sadly, the time came. Everyone went to the Cinema to say goodbye, but turned out Damen was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. So, the shutdown didn't happen at 5. We waited for quite a bit.
When he finally came on, Damen called Snaildom's last session. He said "Sayonara Snaildom. We will miss you" via global. When everyone said their goodbyes, Snaildom lost connection for the last time. Snaildom shut down at 6:45 EST.
Snaildom now is not playable anymore. The game has finally shut down after trying to be kept up by the users who loved it. Snaildom may not be here now, but we will remember it forever.
