Hi there,
You all know what an IP is, you all have one. And there are others with the same IP as you.
You also know that there are users who have done some things on here that people are likely to hear and know that they have done something wrong on here.
You should not accuse an innocent person that have the same IP as them that they are that person.
Don't accuse people for doing nothing, especially if that user is just Ike you. It makes it harder for that person to prove that they are not him/her.

So thanks for taking your time to read this...

People don't have the same IP address unless they use the exact same WiFi network or hacked into somebody else's network using VPN connection. (not recommended)

You can't have the same IP with a stranger on the Internet.

I think the only way to have the same IP is that you're the same person,
and you might be using the same computer.

my cosins have the same wifi ,

Do they live close to you? If they live like 1-2 houses away from your house and know the password to your WiFi unless it is insecure like my neighbor's WiFi, then they can get into your WiFi and share an IP. But like a person on the DSGHQ you're friends with that you don't know in real life can't share an IP with you. What about DoS? Hackers will be all unsuccessful and no hackers will be in jail if people could share an IP, which one would get hacked? If your cousins live like 100 miles away, they don't share an IP with you. If they name their WiFi the same nickname as you, the IP doesn't necessarily be the same. In fact, 100% it will not be the same if they don't live 1-2 houses away from you.

Exactly. Often people have a syballing who has the same IP. However, sometimes people lie that they have a syballing in order to get out of a ban. Just be wary.

Mhm, Well, some people literally just blame innocent users out of nowhere :P
Hope this stops, as even me and my brother share the same IP so yep.
