Hello, today I speak for myself and Tennis. On behalf of the DSGHQ we've decided we are not going to continue with bankers simply because they were doing so little for such a grand amount of coins. So, we have decided on volunteers. I've been thinking about this for quite some time and it is actually a great idea. If you volunteer that means you will not be paid, but, if we see some integrity within our volunteers we will consider having it as a paid job once again. That's only if the volunteers do their jobs. I have to admit, I was a bit lazy and I didn't get on the banker's cases about missing work and so on and so forth. But let me tell you this, if you're going to slack off and disgrace the bank's name, there will be no tolerance for that. I know you have school and after school activities, but you must tell Tennis or I your excuse or you'll be excused to take part in the volunteer ship. Okay, so instead of being paid in coins we're paying you in experience within the DSGHQ. Which will give you some sort of a rank to start out with and could lead to greater things, but you have to apply yourself. You can not think just showing up is enough. You have to actually do your job. Just like moderators, if they're promoted and do nothing, what do you think they're going to get? A flat out demotion. So, that's that. If you would like to apply please mail myself or Tennis. Banking is a very interesting topic and I'd love to have some of you rejoice in it with me and Tennis. Just make sure you're up for it!
