/issame EDIT suggestion.

Ello there eveyone!

So, I think this is the MOST ANOYING THING EVER!

For example.

Sombody comes online. The bully says gtg losers.
Then, Another penguin comes on with a random,new, Name.
You would suspect it was the bully, Becuse it bullied you and your friends.
For that case, You should be able to do /issame.
And you did....
BUT OF CORSE THE PERSON HAD TO BE ONLINE!

I find this very annoying.
Expessily if you need to like Idk, Find out who it is!
Sombody Please fix this!

It should NOT work for mods/Admins.. Becuse they could be going undercover!

IKR! I really think that /issame should be by ip address. Cuz, i do realize that a really NICE (could be a bully) penguin randomly says gtg. Then,
a BULLY comes on with a WHOLE diff name! They bully then and then say: "Why did I get Ip banned??"

Seriously.
 It is by ip address, but it doesn't show. But I agree, I want to do /issame sometimes, and it won't work because their 'offline'. And, I also wonder is mods or Admins can go undercover, and test people.

I agree because a lot of people thought Chopper was Rover and it said 'one or more of 'chopper' or 'rover' is offline or not in the same room' and it got annoying because I really wanted to know if Rover was Chopper
