1. Go to rsnails throne
2.Go to Rsnails library
3.Click on the book on the counter
4Congrats! You're now a Wise One!!

I already know this but now new people can be a "wise one" now.

You must become a wise one from a test by Jacobg627, or Mico

This isn't how you become a Wise One. I am a Wise One, I would know. I private messaged Jacobg627, our wonderful forums Moderator and asked him for the Wise Test. He sent me the test. I answered the questions, then one day in xat he private messaged me and told me "I really liked your answers to the Wise Test. I believe you are worthy." and then he said "You have to go thru Mico though, if you really want the rank." So then I private chatted Mico in xat and we agreed I would send him an application through forums. I PMed him an application thru forums and he said "I will confirm with Chelsey if you can get it." Then in like 45 minutes he summons me to the Throne Room and Chelsey honors me with the badge of Royal Wise One as well as the Wise One rank ingame and on the forums.

This is true, but by clicking the book you just get a beard and start speaking like wise one and for the original ranked wise one you need to take a test from the "Grand Most Wises"-Jacobg627 and Mico.
