Bomb Remote Found!

I think I have found the thing that sets off the bomb at town. I went to /jr base2 and there was a remote for a bomb that was set for 5:30 thirty minutes after the mod competition.
It also has a red light which resembles the bomb at the town.

 Before the 'Crimezone' thing was there, it was already like that.
