Bullying.
Everyone has at least been a victim once. Others more longer.

Standing up for yourself.
Easier said?
Yes

However,
Can it be easily done?
Not really.

A lot of posts that I read say that you should stand up to the bullies.
But I say this to you, folks.

It's easier said then done

The reason why I say this is because, standing up for yourself is not as simple as a flick of a swich. Yeah, people can say "stand up for yourself", but that can be easily said. However, it's not going to be done that easily. Some people have done it and worked, but lets look at others who have trouble trying to gain the confidence.

When bullying happens, it's ruins the confidence of the victim. They will have a low self esteem to even defend themself. They will feel small and will feel insecure about trying to stand up to them, causing them to not take action because they dont want to causing attention to themselves. Standing up can even make it worse for them, so they rely on help from others to stop it.

Others can do it, and it's possible, but for others, it will take them a lot of confidence to do so.
But, it's easier said then done, and I only know so well.
