Everybody has stress. And I mean everybody. And people don't care if you have stress, they only care about the cure to heal stress. Its hard to target your stress problems, it could be from school, family, future, etc. But you have to find a solution to solve the problem. Here is my advice: "You could be worried and stressed out about a lot of things. Most of them personal. Here is my steps: 1. Find the problem that worries you or stresses you the most. 2. It feels good talking out some things to a trusted adult, a best friend, or a parent or guardian. 3. Everyone has a happy place that makes them feel safe, secure, good.4. Find that happy place, it could be a thing, place, or thought. 5. If your worried over your test grades, believe in your self and you can put your mind to anything you think of. 6. If your stressed at night and you can't sleep, think of something else that makes you happy. Then, tell yourself everything is gonna be okay, cause it is. 7. When you panic or react too big, you can't think clearly. Clear your head and think. 8. Take some breaths, it calms me down. 9. If your worried or stressed over your future, talk to a guidance counsler about your future, or trusted adult, and there is a such thing has happy endings. 10. Don't stress or get worried, it doesn't help yourself or your friends. I know you can't control it, but you can beat it. Everything works out. Spend some R&R with your best friends so you can calm down and have fun. Don't stress fear, cause fear has the power to make you scared, but you have the power to control fear."
