Success. It's what we all want, but we rarely feel like we do. Success is simple. You succeed when you work hard, try your best, and don't cheat in life. A number on written on your test doesn't define you, it doesn't change you. The only way you ever fail is to cheat, is to stop working, to not care. Success may feel like it's something we never have, but that's wrong. We succeed all the time. That homework you did a week ago? You succeeded in doing it! Eating lunch? Yes, that is a success! Your goal was to get it in your mouth, and you did. Success, really, is any goal that has been met. Success is being alive, for that is all our goal. Success is doing the test, no matter what score you got. Failure is cheating life. Life is a test, and trying your best is the way to get success. While we all feel like we are failures and that we rarely succeed in our goals, that's very wrong. We exist, and live off each-other's knowledge, mistakes, and lives. We are them, and they are us. Our oxygen is learning, growing, sharing, and existing. Success is doing all these things we already do. The next time you receive a result on something in life, whether it was a test or just being a good friend, remember that succeeding is trying your best, working hard, and working on your goals. A score on a test won't make you dumb, an insult doesn't make you ugly, and most importantly, feeling like a failure doesn't mean that you are one. Your energy, your life, sparkles. And that is the greatest success of all.
