When penguins own places, they should be able to kick/ban a penguin from that area. It might be because penguin is annoying them, and saying that THEY actually own it. Well the owner can prove that HE owns it, by kicking them.

I like this idea! But people would abuse the power...

If they abuse the power, then Moderator will take the room/place away from them, and unban all the penguins that were banned unfairly.

1. No abuse of power! (Abuse of power may lead to losing your area without getting your money back)!
2. Banning someone is only banning them for a day. If you say /longban, it bans them forever. But only to be used for emergencies!
