If you haven't played or seen it, Minecraft is a very blocky world in that everything is built from blocks. The ground is made up of blocks, trees are blocks, and even your character avatar is very blocky. You get progress in the game by scavenging or mining blocks of various materials such as stone, wood, lava, etc. There is 7 ores in Minecraft such as Iron, Coal, Redstone, Diamond,Lapis Lazuli, Gold. It also has many servers to play on. (My favorite being hypixel) You can play with unlimited friends with unlimited possibilties. The game was made by notch that was then handed over to microsoft. It is so successful and is now on every console and you can even take it on the go with pocket edition. There is also many fierce creatures you might uncover as the night grows in like terrifing creepers that will blow up in your face, or poisonous witches found in huts or caves. There's even torn apart green zombies!!! But worst of all skeletons they can shoot you from far away with the best aim there is. Minecraft is a creative world meant for fun but also a foul competition.
