Majority of this community are at least teenagers, regardless, how would you even ban dating? Ban everyone who dates someone from here? That would cause pure chaos and pretty much the entire site would be banned for having a relationship at some point.

No, I don't think it should be removed. Dating is not really a big deal, most people here are not children anymore and people have conscience about their relationships. Plus, this might even make things worse through a curious phenomenon that we call "streisand effect":
