The Wise Moth Council is currently looking to hire two or three more dedicated people to become Wise Moths.
What is a Wise Moth?
A Wise Moth is someone who protects the scrolls and artifacts. Being a Wise Moth is a simple life. We fight when we must in order to protect the moth artifacts. We give our lives for them if necessary. Not only does a Wise Moth carry a Katana and a blindfold, but they must also be knowledgeable about lore and possess wisdom. They must be dedicated to their work and willing to expand their knowledge. Wise Moths also attend trials from time to time and serve as the Wise. This includes sharing your wisdom on the case and advising the person presiding over the trial.
Is Wise Moth the right rank for me?
Wise Moth might be the right rank for you to pursue if you want to learn more about the lore behind the Empire. If you are not willing to be dedicated to the rank, you will probably not go far as a Wise Moth and you're unlikely to enjoy the rank. This rank does not entail having to fight unless an attacker comes into one of the moth rooms and tries to steal or leak our stuff, in which case you are obligated to give your life to protect it if necessary. If you also wish to spread wisdom, this is the rank for you!
How do I become a Wise Moth?
First you must be trained by either me or Khal/Elendur/Chase (Moth Ninja). Either of us will be happy to guide you along on your path to becoming a Wise Moth. After you complete your training, you will be recommended for Wise Moth and we shall seriously consider your promotion and take other considerations into account. If you have made it this far, you are likely to be hired as a Wise Moth!
