So some people are saying mods don't do their jobs right , so I got an idea why don't we do a switch ? Change mods in and out with new people and if they do the job better than the last mod then they stay but each 2 months a mod changes with a regular person and everyone gets a chance ! but only the people worth it !sorry if it came off like no mod keeps their place only the mods that don't do there jobs right or aren't on regularly

I like this idea I hope Damen sees it, Hashtag!!!

Damen should really consider doing this little routine/schedule every 2 months!!!

Good idea, but if we do that, It might not make the previous mods to feel good. Plus, a lot of Mods want to keep their position. (including myself)
I think, this should only happen if a Mod is NOT doing their job.

I agree with you, May, good moderators don't want, and shouldn't lose their position/ranks.
