Kind of building off the senate idea, there should be a council of citizens, anyone can join. We can discuss current Old CP issues and talk to damen about them. Comment thoughts. Masters and above will be in the council and we can vote in about five more trusted users

Council could be a new rank, coming between Master and Modrrator, or could replace Master?

it can be instead of master, the new rank name could be senator.... or council member. We cant add a new rank because masters are in the council

It should be only trusted Masters, that have had a background check, (Like their posts, and how they act on OldCp), and they should have to be an expert on OldCp. This is a great idea, because then Damen knows what to fix, and what penguins want to add.

Here is how it would go:

There would be a council, (The trusted masters and others like mods and admins) and the jury, the 2 main parts of the court.

When it comes to a decision they want to add, they could vote on it, but if there was an admin there, they could veto it.
There would also be meetings about what needs to be fixed, and the main problem would be sent to an admin.
