These are just a few thoughts I've been having. I'm typing this on mobile so I'm sorry for any random errors that will occur.
There's no reason that everyone can't try to get along. Some people might call it being fake when you are nice or semi-decent to a person you don't like. But it's not being fake. It's treating people with the respect that every person deserves as a human. We are all humans, we all have emotions. And as humans, I feel like we are all obligated to respect people in this way. If you know what you're about to say is going to hurt or offend someone, then don't say it, especially if you intend for it to hurt or offend them. Being flat out rude to people for no reason other than sheer dislike or hate for a person is just awful and pathetic, it does not make for a happy, healthy community or world.
This community is pretty small and all this negative emotion can push people away and make people not want to join it. Of course not everyone is going to like everyone else, but that doesn't mean that people have to be at each other's throats all the time and constantly fuding or trying to think up the next way to make someone feel bad about themselves. Sometimes letting things go is the best thing you can do and a bonus, this only requires your silence, you don't even have to be nice.
So I guess this concludes my wisdom for the month.

As Majorhalo previously stated, this is true, but not entirely. A lot of people channel their hatred for someone, whether it be that specific person or from something else, it all builds up and then they release the hatred onto that person, these two people would have a large arguement and, more than likely would not speak again. Most of the time, hatred and anger between two people is brought on from a simple mistake, I personally know from experience. Of course, sometimes it could be on purpose because one might not like another person, and if that is the case, well then it needs as you said it needs to stop, because hatred and anger are potentially the worst feelings we can experience, therefore we need to try and replace them with love and serenity.
