I think OldCP should have a new agency. This agency would not be exactly like the PSA. This agency would be TOTALLY TOP SECRET/UNDERCOVER!! Nobody but the penguins that were in it would know who else was in this agency. We could have private tryouts/applications, (we could PM Cyber if we wanted to join and he would summon us and have us apply), and patrol the island with mods/admins. I know the main part sounds like the PSA, but here's the difference: This agency would not only report the bad penguins, they would call in the new CP council and have them be the "jury" of the report. These penguins would also go on a backup (undercover account) so they could patrol separate rooms. And also, these selected penguins would also be undercover detectives for the CrimeZone cases. I hope you take this suggestion, Damen/Cyberwolf.
