There will be people in this world that you will really despise and sometimes there's just nothing that you can really do about it, often times its a mutual feeling. When you hate someone and they hate you back, you often want to try to get some form of petty revenge on them or do something that will leave a negative impact on their life, no matter how minor the impact is. But rather than trying to get revenge or hurt them, it is best just to avoid them. Two people trying to hurt each other just creates a cycle that brings true and long lasting happiness to no one.

But sometimes, you cannot avoid the people that you dislike. In these instances just resist the urge to harm them, don't even speak to them. By doing less negative things, you may find more enjoyment and happiness in your life rather than the short term enjoyment of hurting another person (which would only cause them to hate you more and further confirm their reasons for hating you). Rather, hurt them by being happy. Honestly, the best way to hurt someone who hates you is to just be happy with your life. It will anger them more than any other action you can ever say or do to them.
