Here is my wisdom for the month.
A person may find that they often have to work to feel happy. No, happiness doesn’t always comes easily. Sometimes it is easier to be sad than to be happy or content even. Achieving happiness can be a struggle and can make a person feel discouraged. I believe that there was even a psychological study that found that people often don’t realize it but they tend to self regulate their emotions to be more towards sadness than anything else. Use this knowledge if you can. Maybe you will be able to catch yourself doing it.
Keep fighting, we’re all in this together.

Well said, Loki! I do believe that you need to work hard to be happy. In fact, (this is gonna sound cringe) I'm working towards my feeling of 'happiness' by getting all my schoolwork done to be able to revise for an upcoming batch of mock exams - they're real important too, so the (touch wood!) good grades I get from carving out time to revise would add to that feeling tremendously!
Looking forward to what February's wisdom has in store...
