Fellow users of the DSGHQ,
all of you know that the draconians have abused their powers, claimed land and murdered unarmed innocents. They have never showed mercy or love to their enemies, however, today they crossed the line.
For too long we, free users, have been victims of the greed and gratuitous violence of the draconians, which is why I suggest the creation of a new Union of Islands.

It is obvious, thus, that the draconians aren't threatening southern users only. They represent a threat to all OldCP users that aren't loyal to them. We have no option here: either join them or die. Therefore, we must unite to fight this common threat.
Obviously, this UOI must be different than the last one. It will keep its original functions, with its own military and powers, but there must be a set of common rules. All island-members must sign them, new members will only be accepted if they accept the terms, which is why Providence would be excluded from the UOI.
We must not tolerate this. Users of OldCP, unite!

The free users were the victims of greed and violence? You guys never listened to us. If I remember correctly, it was the EMPIRE that set us up, and forced us to break the treaty during the Das war. If I remember correctly, only recently had every draconian been able to possess a weapon and gain some power. And during my career as a Draconian, it was the members of the Empire that pushed us, made us hate them. I can remember during previous wars, the Empire wouldn't play fairly. They'd always disarm us, even though it was during wars. I remember Fable blinding me just so he could benefit from it. I remember a military account constantly disarming me and the other draconians, throwing us in jail. The insults and threats for just being a Draconian (and not even a violent one at the time being) had been too much. Hardly anyone actually knew me, but they still threw crap at me. And it is only for being a part of a side in a PENGUIN game.
If the one side of OldCP can have a Jail, why can't the other side? Maybe the Empire should stick to their own lands, and not attack us for being Draconians, who have very little authority.
And if we're greedy, then I don't know what that makes you.
Also, this is not directed specifically at you. This is generally towards the Empire itself.

Although an organized system is important, I disagree. The last UOI had too much power, and it can be corrupted easily regardless of who controls them. That much power, just doesn't belong in the hands of anyone
