So as we all know, the coronavirus is going around pretty bad along with other common sicknesses like the flu. But theres more things that you can do that can help you to stay healthy other than just maintaining your distance from people, washing your hands regularly, and avoiding touching your face. A lot of people overlook other small things that we should be doing all the time anyway as part of the key to staying healthy. So keep this list in mind if you're worried about getting sick, even if you are not worried about the coronavirus:
- Get enough sleep. Your body needs sleep, not getting enough sleep on a regular basis can weaken the immune system, making you more likely to get sick.
- De-stress. Too much stress can weaken your immune system.
- Don't skip meals. And with this, try to eat healthy meals.
- Drink plenty of water.

This is very good. Also your immune system runs on carbs so get your carbs in and don't listen to the meat industry propaganda that carbs are bad.
