If you don't know... A mediator is like a moderator but doesn't have access to the moderator panel and cannot ban you.. But he can kick you if necessary!

So I'm working on an oldcp app! Here are meh plans
-if a moderator you can access the moderator panel!( it'll be like a command system)
-I want to make a chat
-I would like to make it so you can enter rooms and play from your mobile! (iPad and IPhone)

Yeah the council is gone because it got canceled.

I like the idea on the app! Could you make it compatible with the iPod Touch? Probably the screen is too small though.
