Request For Comment (RFC):

I. Admins/actual staff should not be a part of any Crime Zone operations. They should remain entirely separate and unaffected since they actually have jobs to perform. CZ should not take precedence above all other normal operations. What happened today was a debacle of massive proportions, and it all comes back to CZ.

II. People who do not wish to be involved in Crime Zone should not ever be forced into it anyway.

III. Additionally, admins at the least should be aware of ongoing Crime Zone, even without being a part of it. One issue that led to tonight is the staff not being informed, and thus accidentally messing with the Crime Zone.

I think this should be enforced since a lot of staff don’t want to be involved in crimezone and recent events that have unfolded really show this too.

I agree. Also, “CZ mods” should NOT be a thing. If your rank comes with rank 3 and you “don’t have mod duties”, what’s the point? If individual powers like /arrest and /release are needed, then just give that rank the powers it needs instead of giving them all of the moderation powers that they won’t even be using.
