Very cool video! Hopefully this can be used to make OldCp a better place. People insult each other too often without considering the other persons feelings.

I really loved the ending, I think that was the the part I took the most out of.

Moral of the story: if the authority makes a joke, we must kill them. Jokes are not professional.

Only question I have is what do we do when the two users do not comply with the restorative approach? This would most likely happen once we ask one of them what happened because the other will, nine times out of ten, butt in.

This is a good question, and I would also like to see an answer to it. Ideally the handling moderator would have to take them into separate rooms, or maybe go to Discord to get each side. Is this a feasible solution?

Love the video and I now know what sort of questions to ask and how I should compliment the users for following along.
