Suggestion: News reporters are able to edit the news paper on the top left corner or something along those lines since it doesn't really have a use rn

It would be nice if it had some purpose instead of being just another icon in the UI demanding your attention but not actually having anything really relevant in it.

yea this has been suggested for like 7 years Not sure if it's possible or not. It would be cool, though.
