Start havin parties on OldCP. It'd be nice to see a change in the rooms every now and then. I feel like it'd kinda give people a reason to actually come on too because of the nostalgia. Admins can decide wat swf to use and when to have parties, etc. Parties can be promoted on forums and announced in news reports.

OldCP was decorated a few times before. I've seen the fair, the sports party, the medieval party, and more.
