Oldcp is filled and intertwined with mixed opinions on weapon abuse, weapon laws, game management, ideas added into the game or crime zone. A lot of the community wishes to be heard on certain subjects with some cases being seen or utterly ignored. I am a supporter of activism and politics in real life, and I feel adding politicians such as congresswomen and congressmen into the game would be beneficial to the citizens of Oldcp, unifying as a democracy. By having different congresswomen and men being representatives for vast areas of the game, we could hear ideas from all sides of the player base. I think for this idea to flourish we should have a representative from each active province whether it be Providence or the new found land Jesah with two representatives being from the south main island, with it being the most populated area. Staff members such as Admins and Wise sha’ll not be able to enter as they will be final speakers in ideas passed making sure they are reasonable and can be done fairly. I think it would be a great implementation to have midterms every three months to see the approval of each representative in office. The people who are active most should be able to have a say in who represents them or even be able to elect themself. I feel as if every user should have a chance to run a campaign for congress, and amongst each campaign the people of Oldcp can vote who would lead best. With campaigns being a hot discussion it would bring the community to be more active and diligent in wanting to run and vote for who will help bring ideas to life for the game. Each campaign should be a opportunity to discuss how the player would best help revive the game while innovate for the game. Campaigns should be taken seriously and not some excuse to vote your friends in with hypocrisy and flawed plans. The player base are upset with crime zone and want themes such as mafia and assassin implemented into the game with it being well thought out and correct. With congress they would be able to share ideas, lead discussions, say what fits best and how would it be fair to the player base. To make sure the ballots and voting process of congress aren’t overrun or cheated, certain names shall be banned in fairness to the people, and to the game. I plan to create a system where admin’s can still have high power over the people, while having representatives being a big voice in help running the game. I also want to speak for those who are evil, crime zone is a massive upbringing of the game and those who are committing the crimes should be represented on what they feel is fair and what rules should be changed or added to the game to fit that scheme. I want people of evil to be heard with their involvement of crime zone without them being a legislature. Like the rules of presidency, no person should be able to run more than two terms as congress with being able to separate their three month terms. I also worry greatly about the abuse and neglect of this role as it could easily fall into the wrong hands. Furthermore, to stop this I would implement an impeachment process where a long ballot is created with listed instances of abuse and neglect with over a 60% approval rating of impeachment. Once impeachment is processed; they shall be instantly removed of their title with both usage of terms being denied and a Vice Representative taking in the place of that person. i think the addition of an oldcp congress would definitely improve the game and make it cooler, as well as create another way that allows unranked users to become involved in important decision making. this can also lift some of the workload and stress off of the admins of the game, and if done correctly split up the workload equally. great idea, this has my support
