Just a disclaimer that this post isn't to be treated as an 'attack', this is clearly from my and probably a few others who hold the same perspective.
I understand that this community has a grudge against the chat shapiro based on what "they've done" even though it was probably only like 5 members out of 50-60 people, which is not even enough to involve shapiro behind all this "harassment'. Majority of that chat just talks about school, games and other real life situations, never have I ever discussed about oldcp apart from looking at throwbacks. Don't brand shapiro as 'bullies' or whatever when only 5-7 members are the ones doing the harassment or mass murdering.
All this commotion of spam disliking posts made me lose hope in humanity, i literally wanted to cry just because of how petty and sensitive people must be to be so offended from one or two persons disliking 3 of your posts. Please go outside, touch the grass and realize that's the world that you should be stressed and mad over instead of a god damn online dislike. Banning people over disliking your posts got me thinking of people in this community hasn't aged for the past 3 years. If this offended you then it's definitely about you.
Delete/remove this post or even suspend me, you'll just prove my point.

Still don’t think it’s right to purposefully target someone for disliking, but Shapiro in whole should not be blamed for this, it’s individuals.

Dont remove this post. I dont see a problem with it. Only a few dislikes were given to Little. Why? I dont know... but it seems to be a personal thing. I encourage people to treat others the way they want to be treated, I mean, at this point its not a serious enough issue for mod action.
Also I knew very little about this discord server until recently. All I heard were negative things up to now. Its associated with stuff like this. Thats why its seen that way here, we who dont know everything about it.

While it is true that Shapiro as a whole may not be bad and that they shouldn’t all be labeled as bullies, it is sad how a handful of people from the chat (people who claim they don’t care about DSGHQ besides) log in to help spam dislikes on a community member’s posts for no reason. Spam disliking is against the rules and has been for a long time. People should not be surprised when they get punished for it.
As usual though, a few people’s actions tend to ruin things for everyone. Pretty sure we’ve all learned that in school.

For real. Some mod banned me on here for disliking 3 posts in one day. Clearly they must have a personal problem with me if banning straight away without any warning is the approach they take. This isn't what mods should do unless they don't know how to give warnings anymore. Thanks for unbanning me Terry.

I'm glad you feel as though it's only a few people. It just seems like lately everytime something goes on it's always blamed on the whole server itself... when most of those people are people I genuinely care about who have gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life that have happened in the past year. Thank you for realizing what we've been trying to say all along that we should not be generalized as a group of 50-60 users when it is a very very small fraction of that. Thank you so much for understanding our point of view.

Thank you so much for agreeing not to remove this post. You said yourself, "we don't know everything about it", which is absolutely okay.. and I thank you for admitting that. Because you don't know everything about it and have only heard negative things, instead of the positive things that go on, people should not be able to make judgements solely based off of what they have heard, as there is always two sides to the story. You're only hearing negative things from a) people who were in the server and left because of what happened in January (those people were mostly mods), b) users who have never even been in the server, c) those who never or rarely engaged in conversations in the server. Thank you also for understanding that this is not serious enough for mod action, and has been taken way out of proportion. I also believe she got most of her reputation back as well, so I think in the future when this happens to anyone, they should message a forums mod privately, so they can decide what to do.

I got into a fight with Orbay once. I logged on oldcp ONCE to support tom at his trial and to look for jesse because I haven’t seen him in awhile. During the trial, me and a few others yelled GAY RIGHTS but only to make TOM laugh (and ONLY TOM). It wasn’t directed to anyone else because we literally just wanted to cheer him up.
I don’t know how the argument started with orbay but I did not harass him. I just rlly don’t feel comfortable anymore around him as i used to and i made it very clear why. Arguments happen and people disagree with each other.. it doesn’t make a person toxic if they don’t like someone lol.
Little has like over 1k rep im sure 3-4 dislikes doesn’t leave a dent in her rep at all. the fact that disliking a post is now considered toxic, when everyone used to mass dislike srirams post because his raps were weird.. but he was just spreading content he liked. The double standards are real, especially when it comes to a person thats widely disliked in the community vs someone who is widely loved in the community.
a question arises of whether or not a person deserves to be widely loved in the community or widely hated in the community. that’s honestly rlly up to your own opinions and how you see people. but what if there are people who are getting hate that don’t deserve it? and what if there are ppl getting praised who don’t deserve it.

And when I told you lot to simmer down, you all started yelling "ORBAY HAS A PROBLEM WITH GAY RIGHTS?". So spare me the dramatic crap.

I didn’t tell anyone to shut up mid way into the trial. Please provide direct proof of me telling people to shut up mid trial. I would like to see it. I already said why I mentioned GAY RIGHTS//TOM RIGHTS.. it was only to tom.. I also NEVER SAID “orbay has a problem with gay rights” so please provide proof of that as well.

the treat others the way you want to be treated seems to only apply to users the staff like. it wasnt a personal thing, it was a just a joke and ironically enough it was actually initiated by someone who wasnt in shapiro to begin with. shapiro had no association with that - it was really only me rhea lyss and tom who disliked her comment so naturally people automatically assumed all of shapiro was out to get little. no one was tho we just did it without reasoning considering it was just rep. u make a good point that people only hear negative stuff about it but the problem is people will only hear what they want to hear, and no one will bother trying to hear anything that they dont want to believe in. there are very little things shapiro can be tied to aside from 'mass killing' or whatever happened on oldcp, but some how people tie a million other negative things to it

You called me a groomer out of absolutely nowhere mid-trial and then got offended when I called you out for saying it.
Then you proceeded to spam "groomer" while tagging me in the CO Discord server.
And then you tried to provide "evidence", it was a screenshot of something Charles said, which is just incorrect and a blatant lie.
And not only did you do all of that, you felt the need to bring this up on a post that had nothing to do with the subject at all, knowing damn well that you're in the wrong.
What you did that day and today is the textbook definition of "toxic", and you trying to save face and play victim by writing this post is pathetic.

im not gonna say anything but i simply wont tolerate the 'people like you are'. you act as if the very same members that make up the staff team havent been toxic themselves cause i got a HANDFUL of things that prove otherwise. also adding on to that, i dont think you should be acting all high and mighty and innocent considering there are some VERY questionable things that can be held against you. you may not be a groomer but i am not gonna sit here and act like you havent done things 10x worse than rhea calling you names. things that you werent even held accountable for actually and im sure we all know what im talking about
