I will keep this post short and straight to the point.
I would like to apologize to everyone in the community for my actions. I was stupid and I still am. I did not mean any harm to anyone, and to scare anyone. The situation has opened my eyes and I have learned from my mistakes. Based on the evidence served, makes me seem like a ‘predator’ but it was just me having a poor taste in jokes and being dumb, not trying to make anyone uncomfortable. I served my punishment which I know, did not seem long enough for a few of you but it was served. I was given a second chance by Damen, and hopefully you all will as well. I am deeply sorry.


Writing isn’t my strongest subject, so I apologize for that as well

in my opinion, i don't necessarily think stalking somebody's activity on oldcp, flirting with them and attempting to get not only them but others into breaking up with their significant other is a "poor taste in jokes." i think your apology would look better if you were to go more into depth about the 'actions' you're apologizing for and hold yourself accountable for every uncomfortable comment and/or action made towards the users affected. it's not my place to accept your apology as it didn't affect me directly, but i am glad you finally spoke out about it.

I don't forgive you for your actions but I'm glad to see you wanting to open up about them and apologise to the community as a whole. It's clear if it wasn't for Team's post calling this act out you wouldn't have made this apology. You came back acting all innocent in your mood, which many of us found disrespectful and rude. This is far from 'jokes' as well which illustrates the lack of thought put into this apology as Lyss pointed out above. Mods, don't ban me a 3rd time, I'm allowed my own opinion if you still haven't acknowledged that yet.

Agreed. If someone tells you they are uncomfortable with something you are doing, you should stop even if "it's a joke". Especially when trying to split people apart as "a joke". Not funny 0/10

@Little we all make mistakes in our day to day, but the important thing is to be sorry and aware, we all must be forgiven making mistakes is human, no one is perfect you are an amazing person, fun and always ready to help those who need it most , I am proud of you, count on me whenever necessary, I will be here!

its not my place to accept your apology or not so im not gonna say i forgive you or i dont forgive you. but i feel as though your apology is rather flawed. i think the community needs to learn my fav saying !!! impact > intent. at the end of the day, intentions don't matter; the but the overall impact you had does. it doesnt matter if you tried to be 'dumb' and 'joke around', because thats not how it was seen. it doesnt matter if you didnt mean to make people uncomfortable, because thats what happened and thats what was expressed by ur victims (yes, victims, because that is what they are).

like lyss said, i feel like your 'short and straight to the point' apology could use some work considering you are only explaining yourself and your intentions which is pointless because like i said earlier impact > intent

I actually am disappointed people haven't forgiven you. I find your post to be modest, humble and honest and long enough for what you did.

Therefore, I will not forgive them nor show them any mercy the next time they make a mistake.

We must forgive others freely to be forgiven freely.

Also, in addition to my post above, this here is the kind of humility and love that we all absolutely love. When we see posts like this one Balin made, does it not make you feel good?

You all pretty much used to be just like that. And they were more joyous days in the community. What changed?

Do we not all make mistakes? Of course we do. Therefore, if you expect to be forgiven, you must also forgive others freely. EVEN if you have a cause of complaint against another.

"Continue putting up with one another and forgiving one another freely even if anyone has a cause for complaint against another."

That being said, serious complaints must be handled justly. Good things have come from this. Now it is time to move on and see that it won't happen again.
