Give someone else an opportunity to rule, it’s unfair if someone inactive owns a land when someone else who is actually active can have it instead

i like the idea of gettin rid of inactive rulers, but i have to agree with chris and say it shouldnt be an auction. it should be chosen by the people who supported that ruler imo

I think it's a good idea but i wouldn't make auction the only option, it would be also cool to see a FFA of all the parties or individuals who want to get the land fighting for and holding for it until there's a winner.
