Hello everyone, I have came up with a idea that I think might actually work great. When I was a moderator I use to get mail stating this user sent me a bad message in my mail and he did this and then I did this but moderators can not check your mail box so sometimes moderators aren't for sure your telling the truth sure you can take screen shots but sometimes users don't have access to screenshot or lightshot. So my idea is that moderators should be able to access users messages and make sure that they aren't lying or sending others bad messages this will prevent users from sending others bad messages to other users because moderators would be able to check the users messages this idea came to mind after thinking about messages I think this actually is a great idea moderators could actually catch more users. I suggest this should be added but that is my gut feeling. Tell me what you think about this also moderators post your feedback about this . Thank you, ~Sadie

This is a good idea, but, I send PERSONAL messages that I don't need anyone else seeing. The point of PM is to PRIVATE MESSAGE . And if users don't have access to light shot or what not, why not download it? My messages get VERY VERY personal. I love reading long posts btw.

Well, what happens if it's a personal message that no one should know.

I suggest the moderator only read the message the user wants them to read moderators are highly trusted I don't think they would go through private message if they did then they shouldn't be that rank.

Maybe the user could tell the mod to check the post that he/she has reported, so mods can't see personal messages, they know which one to check.

OMG! we can disable messages we don't want Mods to see and messages that aren't disabled are viewable by mods.

Interesting, this idea just might work!

Good idea,but it wouldn't be so private mail anymore...What is someone mails something that they want to be private and don't want even moderators to see it?I know moderators are highly trusted,but some have abused their powers and it's unpredictable if a mod would abuse this kind of power.

The thing about disabling messages, how do you know if it's something bad or not?
