I have an idea for moderators on OldCP... Now I know that we already have to deal with hell at school.. but.. I was thinking since people ask for codes and other things.. that we could have a school that explained everything about handling moderator and the responsibilities in being a moderator. It was also tell you how to handle certain questions and situations. It will benefit us all because it will lower the chance of mistakes and demotions. Now of course a administrator would have to teach us about it. This is just a suggestion that I had to help us. Too much drama,fighting and betrayal has happened on OldCP with moderators and I think this will help us eliminate those problems.
