1.dont just ask can I be a mod it only lowers your chances and to be honest we need to know who you are first

2.NEVER email damen asking if I could be mod send him an application instead

3. most people don't know what mod really is and just want it cause its cool don't be one of those people understand its a big responspilty

4.dont complain if damen didn't like your application instead go back to it and see what could be added to it or what you might have done wrong

5. don't ever disrespect the other mods or be rude to them we might tell damen and chances are he might not wanna hire you

and finally don't act like someone who you are not meaing just be yourself instead we love people who are willing to show who they really are I hoped this helped and good luck
