Ok guys, Old Cp is gone. Damen hates when people ask for it back. It is gone, it was illegal and could have put Damen in jail. Penguin Isles is newer and better. Just enjoy that along with Stickmen and Toblerone. Oldcp was amazing but it is time to move on.

The thing is, if Disney wanted OldCP shut down, the head creator would come to our forums personally and warn us what is happening. I had never heard Damen say Disney shut it down because he was breaking the law. That'll get Disney in trouble. So there has to be another thing that caused it to go down, was it the server host? Because Damen said he was having problems with that. And what Damen said in his recent post, he said R.I.P OldCP, many more to come. Or something close to that. So let's not give up hope.

Disney said when I'm 18 I might be able to work for Club Penguin. And my idea is you can login to new club penguin. And old club penguin ~Luke

He obviously talked to damen and got him to shut it down. Disney does not need to come its illegal.

He wouldn't go to jail for doing that. Well first he would get warned by Disney, if he never listened to their warning to take it down, he would be sued. Difference. I don't know I'm not a lawyer.

He would get sued and forced to take it down. Then get fined and maybe jail time and discredited for the rest of his life. Do you guys really need to play the game that much to ruin someones life?

Well if OldCP isn't coming back, custom rooms like the office isn't copyrighted property, it's Damen's property. Also I don't think the penguins inside OldCP were a problem either. So bam you just got yourself a mod comp lol. Anyway I still won't give up hope. Like they all say it isn't over until a piece of cheese screams.
