Dear Administrators, please considere me as a Damen Spike GAMES HQ Forums Moderator.

Age and birthday: I am 12, my birthday: 23rd January.

Reasons to be employed:

I think I should become a Moderator because I know how to moderate really well and I think I should be a Moderator on here because I am really mature.
I want become a Forums Moderator to help the community.

What a forums moderator do?

They:

Review Applications like this one.

Change discussions category (Example, a user make a post about going to Disneyland at "Help and Support", a forums Moderator must change it to "The Lounge" or "Cool Stuff")

Aprove ban appeals.

Change ranks of users (But they need permission of an Administrator to make a new Master)

Help users with questions

Delete posts with foul languange or bad content.

Lock old discussions or discussions with are causing drama.

Punish users (IPban, Ban, Suspend and warn).

ALWAYS be appropiate

Do you know the Moderator rules?

Yes, I do:

- Comply with administrators.
- Do not abandon your rank without notice.
- Do not create any forum guidelines without administrator approval. (e.g. rule lists, introductions to categories etc..)
- Do not create Masters without permission.
- Do not pin discussions without permission.
- If forum administrator, do not relate to the forums as 'oldcp' as some have the custom.

Experience:

Forums Master - I am a Master, with over 3600 posts and 2000 reputation.
DSGHQ Minecraft Operator/Moderator - Damen decided to make me an/a Operator/Moderator on the Damen Spike Minecraft Server, that means I kick users, ban and IPban, I know how to moderate and judge.
Past OldCP Detective - I am a former OldCP Detective, but I was a Detective by just a day, then I got demoted.
SnailDom Detective - I am a current SnailDom Detective, I've been involved with the crime office.
Former News Reporter - I made 52 news reports, you could considere me a sucessful news reporter.

What you think about Forums Moderator?

I think forums Moderator is not just badge and rank, I think it is commitment, responsibility. It is not for popularity.

What would you do as a Forums Moderator?

I would:

-Educate users that they must follow the rules
-Ban, Suspend (Longer suspension time is 23 hours 51 minutes), Ban, IPban.
-Help users.
-Read Applications
-If I see quality in an application, I'll make a post at the Hidden Staff section.
-Delete posts/discussions with in-appropiate content/hate posts. Lock old discussions or discussions with are causing drama
-Behave
