I want to be a penguin watch, Not only cause its fun but i am determined to help the DSGHQ community. Also, There are lots of people that break the rules when no staff/mods are online. And because i always go around public places on cp, I will keep my eye on thoughs who break rules.

If i was a penguin watch I would make sure no one is breaking any rules or being rude to each other. If I so someone that was going to quit i would convince them not to. I would make sure no one if being Inappropriate.
