Well first of all this is the application of a 5 year old. If you want to be a mod you need to be and official member on forums, so that means you have to have 50 posts, and 30 rep in order to make an application. In your application you have to have Why you deserve mod rank, How long ou played cp, Youre experience,Age and more, But im not in training for a mod, im in training to be a pw. Also to be a mod you have to know the banning procedure. 3 warns=1 kick 3 kicks= 1 ban 3 bans= 1 ip ban.
