I didn't think this was going to be a big deal until Damen mentioned my name. Why would I say anything if I didn't know this was being spoken about? I'm listing anything I've done that can potentially get me out of this situation. I don't want to be punished over something I didn't want happening.

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with this. Honestly, you would get triggered if you were demoted from Moderator or some other rank. The fact that you came on here, specifically looking for this post and decided to comment "this is not a big deal" and "she was laughing" is rude. If you cared about the community, you would understand how I feel about the situation. This is extremely sad to hear a long-time member laugh about this.
Furthermore, not to bash on Rhea, but I bet she forgot what she wrote on her resignment post. Why would she be laughing if she really wanted to resign in the first place for the fault of the owner? It's not logical.

Sorry, not sorry... but I feel like this comment is rather unnecessary. No explanation is needed, many of us are very well are of those who support and have supported the Penguin Watch. The Penguin Watch is idle/inactive primarily because OldCP's population has pretty much deceased. All there is now is familiar faces, faces that currently have ranks or did have a rank previously.
I personally believe the Penguin Watch isn't needed (for now), simply due to the fact that OldCP really doesn't need to be moderated a whole lot. Honestly, I don't see the need in having staff to begin with anymore. I never recall seeing any staff really talk to new users, discuss the rules, explain the "values of the community" you name it... all I see is staff sending users out of crime conflicted areas, arresting people to fight at either jail, etc. To me, OldCP should just close down entirely.
Perhaps keep the forum active, because that's the only place where conversation flows smoothly. If I were Damen I'd drop the whole penguin thing, perhaps even drop everything in general and move forward in life. I couldn't imagine focusing a great deal of my time, money, and energy into one small minuscule thing. But that's not up to me.
P.S. I didn't mean to dislike your comment, I was clicking around on my phone and hit it on accident. I'll like a post of yours to compensate for this.
