We don't have to worry about that right now though, the main point here is; Consideration. Consider yourself if you had such an important role, and you had to deal with many questions. Look at the former EHs, guys, be grateful, because they didn't lose their temper, they were actually patient with you. Now, that is what we need from our Administrators and Staff, Patience. The Patience to take the opportunity to communicate with us, and do all these things. Now, it's our turn to be patient, it's our turn to do things for them.

Honestly EH's just don't get enough respect and thats why they got people like me to help them out with requests but a lot of people constantly annoy the EH for things and then when the EH says no they continue to not show respect to them. I can relate to this because I constantly get requests from people and I my dms were flooded everyday when iOldCP was up and people didn't show me enough respect.

Hey SG, I’m sorry you had to go through that. All staff members need that respect for the users, and this really has to be changed. I am here to support you and everyone else. You’re really an amazing person.

y'all these emperor helpers need to just set up an email and tell users to email them for things, and don't bombard their discords for things. they need to block off all this nonsense asking for things with a barrier from their personal lives or something, so they can enjoy themselves when they don't want to think about oldcp for an hour. Also don't give everyone what they want because that isn't how life works and they need to take no for an answer when its applicable. Also Damen needs to be more involved, haven't even heard a peep from him in awhile and he seems really disconnected from oldcp, and it's not fair for him to put all that onto someone else.

From what I saw; jack, chels, lush and hash had a such a hard time because many users just demanded so much from them and were ungrateful if they said no. I 1000000000 percent agree and i really love this discussion. I'm irrelevant but when I was EH none of the users appreciated anything I did, in fact it was always ignored because everyone was busy on ioldcp. I never got to do anything positive with oldcp and ended up feeling like the most useless EH in the HISTORY of all EH's. Feeling useless and being told that your effort isn't worth it really sucks, and no one wants to put energy into a game if everyone else doesn't appreciate it. Users just kept ignoring everything I did... and then continued to say it wasn't active. It was just not active in the way they wanted (crimezone, weapons and ranks) BUT i offered other fun ways to get involved in the game. BUT THEN WHEN I RESIGNED OLDCP GOT POPULAR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cristal, I want to tell you that you are greatly appreciated. You’ve been here for as long as I can remember, and you also really deserved that role. I apologize on behalf of everyone. It is not your fault that OldCP was inactive, and you are most certainly NOT USELESS. You were such an amazing EH, and I know you wanted to help as many people as you could. I am sorry that you were not able to experience how a true Emperor Helper should feel, loved and appreciated. Thank you for helping us.. you still make an amazing Moderator. I am here if you need any support, always.

I couldn't agree with you more and even all the former EH's themselves would hint to us that this aggressive attitude we have towards them as a whole needs to stop. Somehow IT STILL HASN'T CLICKED TO PEOPLE YET. You guys complain that this is the only game you have left to play and yet you don't treat it like it could possibly be on the brink of being shut down. Damen can honestly shut this game down tomorrow, a week, a month from now if this were to continue and you will all regret driving away each member of staff until they all resign because of the rudeness you give them daily (from own experiences as a Moderator). I would like to address the issues I have seen happen way too often regarding those who held, or currently holds, the role of Emperor Helper. I believe that this is certainly a matter that must be improved and worked on. I also believe that this may be a major reason why OldCP has lost its users. I strongly recommend reading this and trying to understand how this issue can affect not only an individual, but the whole community.

There have been so many wonderful Emperor Helpers, which have greatly impacted the community. However, I feel the community does not appreciate them. The most recent Emperor Helpers have resigned from their position. Unfortunately, I can see why this was done. This is not directed to anyone specific, but, users are extremely rude and inconsiderate to these people who do their best to satisfy as many people as they could. I feel awful seeing all the users almost attack these people and demand things to be done. Users, please understand that these people are human. They put in their time to come online, knowing that they will be bombarded with orders, and attempt to do everything they can to fulfill everyone's desires. What about their desires? Who cares if you don't have one extra sword? Who cares if you're missing a title? Seriously, these things are extremely unimportant when it comes to hurting someone. You may not think much of it, but asking someone for something repeatedly, and ordering someone to do something can be very difficult to undergo on a daily basis. This goes for any staff member. Everyone is human. These people volunteer to assist you guys. They need to be appreciated. Please be more considerate and generous to them. The current EH, Gamer, has been on this website for a very long time, and has helped Damen so much. He most definitely deserves this role, and I really hope that this issue of ignorant demands will not drive him away. Just today, I saw Gamer mention how he had a headache, and it made me feel very uncomfortable to watch people flood him with commands. There were at least 7 people surrounding him and asking him for revival, ranks, weapons, etc. He repeatedly had to mention what he was allowed or not allowed to do, yet no one listened and continued to push him around. With all sincerity, I ask everyone to calm down and be a little more mindful to those around you, especially those who spend their time to assist you. The amount of drama and inappropriate behavior has increased, and I would like to help cease that.

In conclusion, brighten up. This community isn't only for ranks and war. Make friends, talk, and enjoy it while you can. Appreciate those around you. Be considerate and respect those who want nothing but the best. I apologize if I have offended anyone, but I wanted to indirectly address this issue. Thank you for your time.
