Hey, this is an extremely random post.. but, I was looking through my old posts, and I came across my first introduction on forums. I played Oldcp for a while and never understood what forums was until I decided to explore. This wasn’t my first post on the forums, but it was my first time introducing myself.. let’s just say it’s very.. cringeworthy, but genuine. Let’s see what noob 11 year old Milkshake had to say..

iOldCP Feedback Take 2
•
18th July 2019, 10:52 PM
Alright, I’m going to give an extended answer. Oldcp is the original website that most users have joined. They joined for its uniqueness. No one has ever seen a club penguin game involving weapons, medieval based ranks, crime zone, and so much more. This game has given many users an experience and opportunity to grow. The chance of getting a rank? That was a goal to many. This goal was what they worked for throughout their time, and did everything they could to prove to everyone that they were capable of holding such respect. Of course, unranked users are deeply respected, however, they wish to be respected as their desired ranked. They want to be respected as an Imperial Knight, a Detective, a Moderator, a News Reporter, etc. You see.. now giving EVERYONE a rank, sure, does give everyone an experience of getting a rank, however, strips the true meaning of a rank itself. The experience really came from the path of earning that rank and after. Not just randomly receiving the rank.. Crime zone still occurs of course. However, have you noticed that only the ranked or cz based users are the only ones who really know what’s going on? They’re the only ones who are involved and know what is happening. Usually, the ranked users are the only ones online. I remember when the community was one and worked together to solve the mysterious crime zone and hold their own opinion on it too. Next we have GOM with their endless teams, users, and desire to win. GOM gave more than just the opportunity to win a rank.. it taught people to work together as a team. Later, the community grew and made that their one big team. My point is.. besides its uniqueness.. the people are what made Oldcp itself. Oldcp has decreased in population, lost its uniqueness, and has become lifeless. Now, iOldcp has come to take all of those. I have never been on iOldcp so I have no place to judge, but I know that most are active there now, because it now holds what Oldcp once had, but in my ironic opinion, it gives less experience. Others say that it gives experience due to the great amount of cz and rank giving, but those shouldn’t be what we consider experience. The experience is growing and earning. I am not sure how to further explain my opinion, but I know there’s a split in the community of who wants what to stay.. Like I said before, I hope the right decision is made. I hope to see the community grow once more and be what it once was.. It deserves great recognition and to continue running. Damen has created an amazing game and it deserves to be put in use.
Anyway, this is what I think on this situation. I can’t truly vote since I was not present for a couple of years. Anyone is allowed to disagree with my opinion, I understand. Let’s see what happens. Maybe this decision can change things.

Im just gonna flat out say.. I miss Oldcp. I am not a big fan of change, and anything new is hard to adapt to. Oldcp truly was something great in the past. Hopefully the right decision is made, as I cannot vote due to me not knowing much about any of the games.

Very good poem, but you should change 6 million to around 10-12 million as that really accounts for all lives taken in the Holocaust.

About the Holocaust

The Holocaust was a very gruesome and dreadful time in history. I was given an a final assignment from my, now past, English Honors teacher this year. The assignment was to create a poem regarding the Holocaust. I want to share it with you guys and see what you guys think. Feedback and opinions are encouraged!
If you made it this far, thank you for reading. Also, I apologize if this is in the wrong category. I consider poems a form of art.

A date that sends chills down my spine,
September 1st, in the year of 1939.
History’s biggest demolition,
Left in gruesome and appalling condition.
World War II.
Contrasting groups going into war,
Soldiers saying goodbye to everyone they care for.
The Axis and the Allies,
Actions certainly not wise
Causing the disheartening soldiers’ demise.
My heart sinks,
And my mind constantly blinks..
One thought to another,
How does one have the heart to kill the other?
Forced away from their fathers and mothers,
Their sisters and brothers,
Crying eyes.
Gloomy skies
My parents weep,
For those in a never-ending sleep.
The Holocaust.
12 million guiltless souls,
Many broken hearts filled with holes.
Jews, the non-Aryans sent to their death,
Forced to take their last breath.
Camps created just for pain,
Worked endlessly or immediately slain.
The smell of flesh burning,
The sound of cries yearning.
The taste of stale bread,
The continuous feeling of dread.
The Dead.
The horrendous doings of someone cruel,
Someone who holds absolute rule.
Adolf Hitler with his Nazi party,
His actions far from ever being hearty.
If only I could scream and yell,
“You have created an absolute living hell,
What do you have to say for those who have fell?
Churchill, Stalin, Truman, FDR
These are the enemies of the Axis by far.
Many Germans couldn’t believe
Current Germans also grieve.
Fortunately, these horrors coming to an end,
Still having many things to mend.
The Aftermath.
The gruesome Hitler has fallen,
Along with his raging anger for Stalin.
VE-Day and VJ-Day
Streets and countries coming out from the gray.
The skies slowly relearn how to smile,
It truly has been quite a while.

ok to be fair i wont expect you to remember me since i didnt stay for long myself (i honest to god only came back to oldcp bc i was given queen of dorval, but then i went inactive again because i could and i technically wasn't even needed anyway)
but im pretty sure i knew you in the time that i was there
ive only been around since 2015 (in other words, not a very old user, but not very new either), and back then i went by kaylinstoll1 & kaylinxtacos.
i was confused about what i wanted to go by, and it was only in like 2018 that i figured out that i wanted to go by kayden.
im pretty much unknown to a large majority of older users so i dont blame you if you dont know me

It’s a bit fuzzy in the 2015 range, but I know I remember you from being Queen of Dorval, as I served as a nightwatch guard for the Dorval division. I think it’s safe to say that I do remember you, and I’m glad I know yet another person..
