Hey, I think the reader would be more interested if you put in more detail. Maybe, how many hours you go on each week, if you can calculate that? Maybe how many hours in one day you go on? Look over your application and find some spots where you can add more detail so it can be more interesting.
More Questions
Answering more questions like "My Experience?" would make this application better. Fit in some more questions and answer them.
Anyways, try to become a Member first. To reach Member, you will need 100 posts, and at least 50 positive reputation. Once you reach those requirements, ask a staff member of the Forums to make you a Member.
Earning Master would be better. You will need 500 posts, and 300 positive reputation. On the Forums, it is one step before Forum Moderator. You might need to apply for this, because it is not as easy as earning Member.
Master is optional, but it would be better if you earned that, then applied for Moderator.

Hello, I'm scoop100 asking to have the rank of moderator. I am 18 years old and I love helping others. I have been on oldcp.biz for a while now. I have very good grammar and I would never overuse the privilege of being a moderator.
Would I be online often?
I go on at least once or twice a day and sometimes more! Usually if someone on oldcp.biz is being rude and no mods are online, I would tell them to say sorry and stop. If they don't, I tell a moderator.
Would I be Fair?
I will be fair to all people. If anyone needs help finding a code I will try my best to help them. I am happy either way if I get mod or not, but I will always be there to help you along. Still, I will have fun with my friends once in a blue moon, but I will go to the most popular place.

I have been on oldcp.biz ever since this march and I loved it! It has been a great experience and I hope for lots more. I have great grammar and vocabulary. I am also an A+ student.
