This is a post reponse to Yoyo's Club Penguin Shutting Down? post.
I wanted to make this a discussion because I want opinions on this.

Im sad that over 30 people lost their jobs and that an office somewhere got shut down.
But is it our fault?
I say no.

Reason One.
Membership prices too expensive.

Im not going to waste my 20$ on a tiny card. It's just too expensive. Membership cards should not cost that much, judging that after when the membership ends, you can't use your stuff anymore. I'm broke okay? I can't afford to buy a membership card over 20$ just for a game when I can play OldCP for free with no cost.

Reason Two
Why would Disney be broke anyway?

Disney is like Google. They have all the money in the world. So why would Disney be broke over one game? Im certain that they have a lot of money to keep it up. If not, where is all the money going then?

Reason Three
Disney made it bad.

Disney ruined something that could've of been cherished for it's oldness. I understand change is good, but is too much change bad? They changed it too much. Parties suck, clothing is not even good looking, rare items are now not rare, too much reusing and ugh. Disney made the rooms too.. ugh. OldCP was good durring 2005 - 2012. Now it's gone down the toilet.

Reason Four
We're not kids anymore.

We are going to grow up and lose interest in CP. You can't expect me to play it at 13. I like other things now. It's not my fault im starting to get older. Only the young users, usually 11- 6 go and play it, but don't expect me to keep playing it forever.
