I do not want to deal with younger users that will not follow directions and try to argue with me about things. I will hire anyone, of any age if I find they are good for the rank. But I am not seeking those of 9 years old, due to previous issues.

Hi, I am a 16 year old girl, who is trying to achieve the rank of moderator.

Experience: I was on DSGHQ back in 2013-14. I played oldcp and the other DSGHQ games that were out at the time. I was on forums and almost ALWAYS active. My life got busy around mid-2014 so I stopped. Around 2015 I rejoined forums, and oldcp and have been on since.

What inspired me to want to become moderator? Well, for me I have seen so many awesome moderators. They have helped inspire me to want to be mod. And there is also the fact that I just adore DSGHQ. It is the best thing since sliced bread in my opinion!

What makes me think I can become mod? I am VERY passionate about this. And when I get passionate about something I set my eyes on I will do ANYTHING to achieve that dream. I also am all about being fun, but also safe and obeying rules. I am also basically ALWAYS active! Its crazy how often I am on!

Hello! Welcome to my Forums Moderator Application!











Introduction:



I'm Lloyd, I'm actually 13 (twelve) years old, my birthday is on 23rd January.
I joined forums on July 2nd 2014, my math says I've been in here for 1 year and half.






Why do you want this rank?

I want this rank to keep the forums safe, many times I see no Moderators reading reports or ban appeals, I want to give justice to the users and make them feel good while using the Forum, people who disrepsect, cuss, etc, should be punished, and I will punish them.

I want this rank to learn how to deal with people, and to improve my mind and ways to think,this rank would help me a lot on this.

Honestly, I've learned many things with this community, and that's what I want to do, share knowledge, give voice to the ones who aren't listened, help people, interact, I want to live every day like it's my last and always be the best Lloyd.




Should the Administration promote you? If yes, why?



I should be promoted to Forums Moderator because I'm very active in the mornings, sometimes I wake up at 6AM EST to make a project for school and log in on forums, I could moderate, receive reports, etc from users. In mornings, there are bullies, if there's a bully making moods, and a user reports him/her to a Moderator but that Moderator came online at 2PM and the user has no proof, the bully would be considered innocent.
But, if I came online with Moderator powers, I could simply delete the moods and punish the bully.

I've proved myself as a Moderator many times, if you want an active and trusted user, you're lucky.

I promise to always punish people who deserve it, never abuse my powers, be brave and upright and always tell the truth. I know the Moderator rules:

Wise Counsellor - I was made a Wise One on May 2nd 2015, I have judged the veredict of two trials. I have some good wisdom with myself, and I'm aiming for Most Wise. When I earned this rank, I had to learn how to look at the world with other eyes, adivise people, and I helped Design4Real to finish her path until becoming a Wise One.
Minecraft Operator- I was promoted by Damen on 22nd January 2015 to moderate the DSGHQ Minecraft Server, since that day, I moderate the server with Zeternal, Hashir, Kris162, VanceLance and Bob.
News Reporter- On September 2014, I was promoted by DSC to write News Reports to the DSGHQ, at that time, there were no News Reporters, and people were desperate for someone good at writing News, and that was me. Later I was promoted to Master and I stopped making News Reports every day, but I trained Sir Orbay that later became a Knight and taught Allie that later became a News Reporter too. It's impressive to see that one person can help another person and that person will help another person.
Glorius Level- I am actually Level 100 on forums, I earnt Level 100 with my own sweat, today I have almost 6000 posts (I'm the top poster), with more than 6000 views and around almost 8000 reputation.
XAT Moderator Many times- When there are only a few Moderators online or no Moderators online, Tennis decides to give me XAT Moderator for a few hours, I became a XAT Moderator many times; I'm also a Moderator on the DSGHQ Aurens Chat.





What will you do as a Forums Moderator


I will:

-Delete any inappropiate posts or moods
-Punish users who use rude or inappropiate terms or words
-Ban traitors
-Use my powers wisely and fairly only when needed
-Review Applications
-Follow all the Rules and Moderator rules
-Lock discussions that cause drama or trouble
-Read Ban Appeals and Approve them if needed
-Unban users who deserve to be unbanned or if they were banned unfairly
-Help users
-Make the users and Administration feel satisfied with my work





Do you know how to punish users, give ranks, etc?

Yes, I do. You go on the users's profile and beside the buttons saying: "posts, moods, sacrifices", other buttons will pop up like "Ban, Suspend, Warn" etc.

Do you know how to edit posts, moods, etc?

Yes, I do, you can delete a mood or by clicking on "delete", just the same thing on your mood, you can delete it if you want, but Moderators can delete other people's moods.

Posts: You can delete posts, lock posts or edit them (if a user reports someone else and puts pictures containing swears and/or inappropiate content) by finding the buttons "delete", "lock" and "edit".




Other skills

Web Developing - I know how to code HTML and CSS, so if the DSGHQ wants a new website (e.g. a blog) I can make the layout, or if the DSGHQ is making a new game and it requires a minigame, I have a cool JavaScript game, it's working but it's not 100% finshed yet. I will soon learn C based languanges (e.g. C++, C#, Objective-C, Visual Basic, etc).
