I was one of the group of penguins to defeat him. He is offically gone and there is evidence that he could be the one. A couple penguins and I saw him planning to destroy the plaza!

EDIT!!: HE WAS NOT KILLED AT PLAZA!! HE WAS KILLED IN THE COFFEE SHOP!
