This is great and I 100% agree that there shouldn't be inactive administrators. However, we can not act like the administrator role is something you are supposed to earn after being moderator for a while, it's a different role from moderator completely. The role is only given to those Damen really trusts because they can do a lot of damage if it's not handled correctly. Damen requires people who will listen to him and report to him and ask him for permission before doing things. If it goes to the same people over and over again, it's because Damen can sleep at night knowing that the role is in the hands of people who won't ruin his game or go crazy/abuse. In my opinion the administration has been listening to the users a lot so I don't see any issue with our current team (other than inactivity).

So how else would you explain earning Administrator? Every Administrator has been a Moderator for a lengthy amount of time before earning it have they not? And it's not just "being Moderator" it's a curve to show that you have been trusted and loyal for a long time and getting use of many commands, two traits that are strong in Administrators.

I agree with what Swirlie just said about the staff list. Although i respect your opinion, i do understand that the staff list didn't change too much and it does look frustating on the user's point of view...but they hire people they know they can trust and will do the job right.
Anyway, I think we should bring back Oldcp Room parties. It just made a better vibe on Oldcp when we would have SWF rooms designed for special events/holidays. Example (Its far from here but) When we changed the rooms to halloween theme, christmas... Spring is here we could totally add a Carnival theme.
We should put use to the chance cards again as well... Even doing a contest with them. The user who earned the most Chance cards (by moderators) could win Mod for a Day or something like that!! They can see what it's like and we can show them all sorts of commands and even perform a mini training just to motivate them to earn moderator once applications open up again. That would look good for an application as well... since earning chance cards by staff means you're helping out and doing good deeds.

That Moderator for a day idea sounds really cute. I would love to see that be put into action.

Its common sense that when you don't see improvement you change something and in this case hiring the same staff over and over and over again there is going to be no movement forward and in fact we will be set back, that is why I think a redemption is much needed. Also more actually fun events not oldcp trivia because in reality that stuff isn't really fun its just boring. It is also frustrating how it seems like people without ranks have no influence on the game and have no say in it. The general users are what keeps this game going, without giving any respect to them and hearing them out they are just going to leave which isnt good for the game in general b/c the whole point is to keep users coming back. Also I'm so confused as to why there is SO MANY RANKS and we keep bringing stuff back that again has no use to this game. PWC should be terminated it serves NO PURPOSE moderators are almost always on and they do the job, all these wise moth,moth,wizard, ranks should also be done one or two of those ranks would be just fine. Tbh there is so much to improve about this game but I'm legit done. I've tried to bring ideas, ive tried to give feedback, the problem is no matter how much feedback we give I doubt I will see any changes. Oldcp has been going on for years and nothing has changed, no wonder people get bored and leave.

I was only Mod 3x and these were when OldCP was not very active and because 1 time I was demoted for an allegation that was not true (the allegation I quit).

This would be so fun to see president come back. If it did, you'll see me running.

I reach the requirements for the position Banker greatly. To start, I have the basic knowledge of how to transfer gold to different accounts on OldCP. To do this, you use the command /transfer [name] [amount]. Second, I have a great reputation with the Administrators of OldCP. I've known all of them for about 3 years now and I can confidently say that they have trust in me when it comes to handling certain roles and responsibilities. My name is Joseph, I'm 17 years old and I've been playing OldCP for 3 years. I'm applying for this position because I've always been interested in managing the bank on OldCP.
