I agree with you that people can ruin lives which was something I spoke about on my post, that's obviously 100 percent true. However, what about people like Sriram for instance? I cannot speak for him but I've seen what he's endured from the people of this community, obviously Sriram ended up growing to be a very bad person because of this. Ask yourself if Sriram would've been subjected to the same amount of hatred if he was never on this game and instead played a more safe game.
The facts are that he was obsessed with the rank pyramid Damen built like a lot of people on this game, which essentially lead to his destruction when he was awarded with ranks that put him in the spotlight. How many ranked people were bullied on this game? You can't deny you've never felt like someone didn't deserve their rank before. Bullying exists everywhere but OldCP has features that enable it, if you disagree please reply with your argument.
Of course some people are gifted with the ability to overcome bullying but not everyone is equipped with that, that's why they should surround themselves with a positive environment especially at such a young age too.
Tbh, I don't think its really right to bring Sriram into this. People were bad to him but he was also bad to people too. I dont know who started being bad to who first but it turned into a vicious cycle which was bad for Sriram, but it was also bad for anyone who he took out his frustrations on whether they instigated it or not. Also, people encouraged Sriram to be bad to others and for others to be bad to him. For example, most of the drama that occurred between him and I was due to people pushing us to be awful to each other. He and I now actually get along now when we do interact with each other ever since hes mostly disappeared from the community.
Anyway, the average user doesn't have this same kind of experience that Sriram had and I really dont think anyone else in this community has experienced the same kind of thing that he did, or at least not nearly to the same extent.

Thats not true. I've punished Sriram many times and he isn't around anymore. But there's only so much I can do, you have to take responsibility yourself too.
Overall, be careful what you do online. Even on games like this which have good rules. You have to be careful how you treat others so that you don't ruin it for other people. That goes for me too. Also do not take the paradigm of the game so seriously. Good and evil are a reality, and we can use a game like this to learn about ourselves and what happens when we make good choices and what happens when we make bad ones (forgs).

if the players idle in spawn while someone is attacking its likely that they're having trouble loading/moving (especially since weapons cause the game to lag.) we wouldn't necessarily have proof that they're faking, however an armed user that was able to play the game could easily block or move from spawn. i've died while rooms are loading before from spawn killings and its really annoying, so it'd be easier to give users the benefit of the doubt at this point.

i'd assume if you were spawn killed you'd be eligible for revival as long as you weren't talking/didn't have a weapon out. players appear in spawn before the room completely loads so spawn killings should be ruled overall unfair.
