reply to edit 1: you do realize you could've used a vpn to bypass the school's website blocks, right? also trojans cannot access any accounts you may have unless they are a Remote Access Trojan (allows the attacker to watch your screen, control your pc, etcetra) or it's a keylogger and spyware
if you had an actual trojan, you would know as soon as your antivirus went off (for most occasions). some trojans are stealthy which means they hide their process in task manager or make their programs and folders hidden. just download malwarebytes, it's really not that hard. they give you a week free of malwarebytes premium each update
My school system doesn't allow users to run files that are permitted by the administrator. How would I use a VPN??
there's certain extensions you can download from the chrome web store that allow vpn usage within the browser

My school have blocked the Chrome Webstore

Listen to me and I'll double your weight within a year.
Step 1)
Eat a lot of protein: beans, tofu, pasta, lentils, bread, tempeh
More: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321474.php
(I didn't include meat because its 2020 and there's plenty of evidence supporting the fact that it is deadly regardless of the source. Its also unnecessarily cruel)
Protein will increase your hormonal insulin levels. Insulin will make you DENCH (its more anabolic than testosterone)
Step 2)
Work out 5 days a week. Do resistance training (HEAVY WEIGHTS) and avoid doing more than 30 minutes cardio per day.
Step 3)
Eat more than 20g of fat per day. This will make you gain fat on your body if you want this to happen.
Step 4)
Have lots of CARBS. Refined carbs before, during and after workout and even during rest. This, along with high protein intake and moderate fat intake, will increase your energy and weight.
Tip: You can double your weight pretty quick eating KFC and other high fat foods. But this will lead you looking ugly and soft. If you want to have LEAN GAINS, do what I just said and keep it plant based for optimum recovery and energy. DO NOT listen to the faddish 'whole food' diets, this will NOT give you gains. It'll either make you even thinner, or make you fat because you'll binge on fat due to the lack of carbs on a whole food diet.
Damen, mate. As much as I wanna be double my weight that quickly, I know a lot of those steps simply aren’t possible based off how busy and how unchangeable and how out of hand some things are. Plus, that sounds pretty hardcore mate, I would rather I was slowly gaining muscle on the side while I focused on my academics rather than be knackered everyday and still have to do me homework and whatnot, eh?
The food I’ll take into mind, with the beans, pasta, lentils and bread. If I ever do get into weight training, I’ll definitely give you a shout, you right old dench lad you!
Sorry to keep adding, but that is such a crap excuse. I'm in full time education (I achieved 7s and 8s in my GCSEs while focusing more on physical development), and have a job on the side, and I can still be bothered to workout because I not a lazy skinny little bitch who whines about being small and puny but can't put in any effort to help himself.
Btw it helps if your parents invest in a home gym
Excuse your French mate! Yeah, maybe I have been lazy and whiny. Though, it's all well and good you've smashed your GCSEs and have a side job and still exercise, but everyone isn't gonna be able to work like that. It shows you wanna do something good for yourself and you're following through which, you know, fair play and all! What I'm trying to say is that we all have our battles and mines not going well, being sleep-deprived and always procrastinating under the work I get. I bet my brains having some massive gains, which is great eh?
I do like the fact you're being direct Toby, I do agree. It's just that carving out the time is really hard, but it's something I want to do badly because it's gonna give me a good end product.

To be honest that was very unnecessary and, seriously, I'm just like you in every way you described. I can tell you that all it takes is one hour a day out of your time for a couple of years can turn you into a slightly smaller Chris Evans. I'm not sure how old you are but it will be harder to develop muscle at ages lower than 18 and I know it's difficult to commit to something that will only help you out in the long term, but you've got to remember that, in the future, you will be regretting all the effort you DON'T put it now.

I have a simple guide for 15 year-olds and above which worked for me (I would send a photo but I would feel uncomfortable):

Outside of the gym:
• A 30 minute run or walk every day.
• Ab exercises every other day (in between gym sessions).
• 6 30g or 70ml scoops of protein powder everyday.
• Cut out a lot of junk food (one small junk item everyday is acceptable).
• Always take a rest Sunday and eat as much junk food as you like.

In the gym (Monday, Wednesday, Friday):
All exercises are 3 sets of 12 reps
1. Pull weights down behind your neck using a lat pull down machine - general upper-body workout.
2. Lat pull downs using a lat pull down machine - works out triceps.
3. Chest fly machine - works out pecks.
4. Shoulder press machine - works out shoulders.
5. Leg extension machine - works out thighs.
6. Lift free weights keeping your arms straight at both sides of your body - works out neck muscles.
7. Barbell curls - works out biceps.

I hope this helps!

Gym’s not an option lads! I simply won’t be allowed to go.
Gonna stick to circuit and protein foods/snacks and see how it goes. And yeah, in the gym it may be called excuses Damen lad, but home workouts are meant to be more laid back as they aren’t as hardcore as gym. I’ll probably do 2-3 circuit exercise sessions though, that’s a good shout that number.

Dude if you don't workout, the calories in the protein and snacks are just going to make you a fatty boy.

Add meat because it tastes nice and I have no conscience towards animals

I'm inclined to disagree; I think the navbar looks out of place due to the opposing color palettes - it makes them look more like adverts. I do like the font change though, as it looks nicer but it's a lot more reminiscent of Disney's Club Penguin which is sort of the opposite vibe the website is supposed to give. Personally, I think Damen should just use the old official Club Penguin website since it makes sense.
